A public review on Facebook
Leave a review on our Facebook page. It appears there under your Facebook name, for anyone to read.
Feedback straight to us
Prefer to tell us privately? Email hello@digitalstorming.com. We read every message and reply within one business day.
Why you don’t see testimonials on our site yet: we publish a client’s words only after they have agreed to it, so quotes appear here once that permission is in place.
Our testimonial policy
The rules every review we publish follows
Written to follow the Federal Trade Commission’s Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465, as of October 2026).
Real clients only
We publish reviews and testimonials only from real clients who agreed to be quoted, and we keep a record of that permission. We never write reviews ourselves.
Word for word
We quote clients exactly. With their approval we may fix a typo, but we never change what they meant.
Who said it
Each quote shows the client’s first name and last initial, their kind of business, where they are and the month and year. No invented names.
Incentives disclosed
If a client received anything for a review, such as a discount, we say so next to it.
Numbers we can show
If a testimonial mentions a result (“inquiries up 50%”), we must have the data to back it up.
Ratings link to the source
Any rating from a review site links to that site and carries a date.
Reviewed every year
We review testimonials every 12 months and remove clients who have left, unless they agree to stay listed.
