Pricing
Do you charge a retainer for truck dispatch?
No. Dispatch is a flat 5–12% of each load’s gross, negotiable by truck type and carrier profile. There is no retainer, no weekly fee and no long-term contract, and you approve every load.
Why aren’t website and software prices listed?
Because no two projects are the same size. The price depends on the pages, features, platform and integrations you need, so we quote each project after a short call. Larger builds can be split into stages.
How is the lease-on fee different from the dispatch fee?
Truck dispatch (5–12% of each load’s gross) is for carriers running under their own authority. The lease-on fee (18%–21% per load) is for drivers who haul under an established partner carrier’s authority while their own MC ages, and it covers dispatch, compliance and support.
How do I pay an invoice?
Online by card, PayPal, bank transfer or ACH, on our payment page. Use your order or reference number as the payment reference.
